Hot Chile Grilled Cheese
I tried out a new grilled cheese recipe. It had great ingredients and a nice flavor, but almost too much flavor. Also, since becoming a vegetarian I have learned to prefer my sandwiches a little on the dry side, and this was very much not so. It's hard for me to get used to so much mushy stuff in a sandwich.
